Dear Mr. Jackson,
The car services you provided Peter Jennings and the others of ABC News last week in Arizon was simply exceptional. We travel extensively around the world and I might add have had unfortunate experiences with car services. The bad times have ranged from being lost for an hour in Ohio to drivers who think they should be attached to Peter's side for his protection.
As for yourself, Gary Jackson, you are a "pro" and a gentleman. You know how to be helpful without being obtrusive and your resourcefulness did not go unnoticed. And all of us appreciated your flexibility.
On behalf of ABC News and Peter Jennings we wish nothing but the best for the future. And look forward to our next visit to Phoenix with either you or one of your folks at the wheel.
